A WOMAN had an amazing escape when a car ploughed into her front room - sending the sofa she was sitting on flying across the room.

Margaret Cichecka, 55, was sitting on a sofa watching TV when the Honda Civic hit the front of the mid-terraced property on Curzon Road, Ashton, after hitting three cars outside.
