One thing that would brighten up areas of Tameside is that if Tenents of New Charter houses were made to keep their gardens clean and tidy as part of the agreement of their tenency .... after all a great proportion of these dwellings have larger garden areas than a lot of private houses but a lot of tenents seem to only want to grow weeds and have rubbish strewn all over them ....... HOW ABOUT IT NEW CHARTER ?????

I wonder just how much money this costs us, the local taxpayers ?????

We certainly will not win any prizes if the judges look around the New Charter Housing estates will we ?????

What a nice little press release for the council before the elections.
