Have the Home owners ever thought that if the building work across the other side of the Canal was causing such problems, it would have probably manifested itself before now by cracking the banks of the Canal where the building site is situated ??

However ..... I do sympathize with your predicament but did the builders of your property strengthen or rebuild the Canal wall when your houses were built ?
