Dog held hostage and starved

A MAN who held a dog hostage and almost starved it to death has narrowly escaped going to jail.

Mark Larrigan agreed to look after Tyson — a male boxer dog — when his owner moved house and could no longer keep him.

   Why aren't these 'scum bags " paying the bills for the damage they cause ???? Then sentenced to some kind of comunity service in an animal bording kennals, maybe the low life will learn about loyalty, friendship and other qualities that animals have

   He should have been made to pay the vets bill, even if it took the rest of his miserable life

   A suspended sentence he should be locked in a cold room and starved for 8 months!
