Cowboy yobs put horses in danger

A MUM fears yobs could permanently injure her young horse because they keep trying to ride it.
This is yet another show that
yobs in Thamside have no respect for other peoples property. we need to bring harder punishments, for crimes commited, sorry but the 70s and early 80s these crimes
did not happen.
It sickens me to read reports like this, and makes me glad I no longer live in the area.
