Shopkeeper threatened by knifemen

KNIFEMEN threatened a shopkeeper before fleeing with his takings.

Two robbers, wielding 12-inch knives, burst into I and Z Newsagents on Market Street, Droylsden, at around 5.15pm on Tuesday.

They threatened the owner, a 32-year-old male, before stealing cash from the till and making off. They are described as white, around 17 years old, of slim build and wearing dark clothes.
