Arsonist in court

A MAN arrested for arson following a fire outside a house in Denton has been charged with a string of similar offences.
Paul Leslie Hambleton, 21, of Kennedy Way, Denton, is due to appear before Tameside magistrates today (Wednesday).
He was arrested during the early hours of Saturday 15 December 2007.
A wheelie bin had been set alight at the side of a house in Town Lane, Denton, shortly before 3am. Nobody was injured.
Police have now further charged Hambleton with five offences of arson, nine of arson with intent to endanger life and two of arson, being reckless as to whether life was endangered, all alleged to have been committed between October and December 2007.
