Teenager found dead is named

A TEENAGE girl whose body was found tied up at her home with two children still in the building has been named.
Nineteen-year-old Stephanie Flanagan was discovered at an address on Windermere Road in Hyde at 6.05pm on Monday.
Police attended the house and found Stephanie's body. She had been tied up before she was killed.
A girl aged about three and a boy of nine months were also in the house.
A man was arrested in north Wales on suspicion of murder, and is in police custody for questioning.
A post mortem examination has concluded she died from a serious head injury.
