NOT welcome here: Landlord Roger Hantulik from the Prince of Orange; the Prince of Orange pub in Ashton
No ifs and butts, you’re barred!

ASHTON MP David Heyes has been barred from a town centre pub — for backing the smoking ban.
The Prince of Orange on Warrington Street even has a sign outside announcing the decision — made after management noticed a 50 per cent drop in business since the ban was introduced.
Landlord Roger Hantulik said: "Heyes agreed with the smoking ban.
"He has not given us the choice to have a say in the matter. I’m not a smoker myself, but the smoking ban is killing the trade. He is only welcome back to the pub if he helps put it back to how it was before."
However, Mr Heyes remains unperturbed by the ban.
When told of the ban by the Advertiser, he joked: "That is tragic news. Let me get one thing clear — I have never set foot in the Prince of Orange for eight or nine years. So it’s nothing to do with me as a regular. I suspect it’s a stunt on the part of those who are opposed to the smoking ban. The majority of people who I know object to smoky atmospheres in pubs."
Mr Heyes says he would vote for a smoking ban again. His only regret is that the pub is part of the Robinsons chain, saying: "I do like a Robbies."
His preferred drinking haunts in Ashton are the Oddfellows Arms on Alderley Street and the Broadoak Hotel on Broadoak Road.
