Mystery of man found beaten in street

POLICE have released a picture of a 19-year-old man found badly beaten in a bid to piece together what happened to him.
Ben Musket is in a serious condition in hospital after being found unconscious in Hyde Road, Denton at 3am on Saturday.
He suffered serious head and facial injuries, including a fractured skull and fractured eye socket.
Detective chief inspector Maria Fox, of Ashton CID, said: “We believe that Ben was the victim of a serious assault. He has suffered extremely nasty injuries and is now in a serious condition in hospital.
“We are still not sure of Ben's movements last night. Perhaps his picture will refresh peoples' memories. Maybe you saw him having a drink somewhere, or you were out with him.
“We believe there may have been a group of about four men near to where he was found last night and I would appeal to them directly, anyone who may have seen them, or anyone with any information about what happened, to get in touch.”
