Mugger flees with purse

A MUGGER snatched a purse from a women's hand in Droylsden.

The thief escaped with £10.75 including cash and credit cards from the Hampshire Road raid.

The offender is described as white, with an olive complexion, shaved brown hair, aged 20-22, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build wearing a navy blue hooded coat with a white Nike logo and light coloured trousers.

The incident happened at 8.10am on July 24.
