Man stabbed in neck

A MAN was left with a two inch gash in his neck after he was stabbed in an unprovoked attack.
The 46-year-old was approached by a male in his late teens on Stamford Street, Mossley, at around 10.20pm last Saturday.
The attacker slashed the victim under his chin with a sharp object before running off.
He was about 5ft 9in and was wearing a cream or beige baseball cap and a navy blue sports top.
Stalybridge police have appealed for information on 0161 872 5050.
