Thieves strike at off-licence

TEENAGE thieves struck at a Gee Cross off-licence, stealing over £50 worth of lager.

Three teenagers burst into Hutton's off-licence in Stockport Road making a bee-line for the lager cans.

The gang, thought to be all aged around 15, then made off with 52 cans and disappeared towards the graveyard.

They were all white boys and one was wearing a distinctive white track suit.

The incident occurred at 9.45pm on October 21.
