'Come back' plea to Bloods' fans

Droylsden boss Dave Pace said sorry to the fans who turned up for nothing after seeing his beleaguered Bloods suffer a fourth successive Blue Square North defeat last Saturday.

Nearly 1,300 supporters, many of them new to non-league, took advantage of Pace’s offer of free admission to Droylsden’s vital home promotion showdown with Eastwood.
